Diane Cooper founded Rebel K9 Foundations on the belief that lasting behavior change comes from consistency, clear boundaries, and the right balance of structure and communication. Her journey into dog training is personal. Once a client herself with a reactive dog, she witnessed firsthand the drastic transformation that the right training can bring. Watching her own dog’s quality of life change completely is what sparked her passion and drove her to become a trainer.
